Valles Caldera National Preserve is an 89,000 acre ranch, which was developed into an experiment in public land management by the United States government. Our branding and marketing challenge was to inform potential visitors of the quality experience and activities at the Preserve, while educating viewers about environmental impact and reasons for limited access.
To convey this concept, we developed the tagline "Using Nature as Our Guide." Elegant photography by Don Usner illustrates the magic of Valles Caldera. We created a powerful website which displays a generous collection of these images, enhanced by a beautiful, nature-based color palette. The website provides both inspiration and education about the preserve and functions as their primary marketing tool. It is supported by special events brochures, posters and a trade show booth.
