Women in Transition: The State of New Mexico created a new program for recently divorced or widowed women to help them manage their finances. The logo represents the transition process the women go through from adjustment to a new, difficult situation to metamorphosizing into self empowered women... therefore the butterfly made of women's faces. The antennae forms a "W".
